MediaWiki is the PHP framework used by famous Wikipedia. It can be used for knowledge management platform. PageForm is one of the core Mediawiki extension, which makes easier for non technology savvy person to edit mediawiki with ease. Otherwise, people have to understand the more difficult wiki language. But in using it, I found that the PageForm will break when the heading text containing special characters like "()" or "+". I debugged into the PageForm extension and make two commitments for fixing it.
